CEO & Co-Founder
Toby is Kapost’s CEO, co-founding the company in 2009. An entrepreneur with the heart of a marketer, Toby leads Kapost and its world-class customers to elevate their content out of the complexity of the status quo and into the transformational success of content operations. Prior to Kapost, Toby was the co-founder and CEO of Qloud, leading their social music service from day one through a successful sale to Buzz Media. When he’s not sharing his vision of marketing, Toby is biking, hiking, or skiing in Boulder, CO with his wife and three daughters.
Richard serves as Kapost’s CRO, drawing from over two decades of MarTech Enterprise and SaaS experience to lead Kapost’s sales and customer success teams and support leading marketing organizations through the transformation to content operations that span the entire customer lifecycle. Richard ’s laser focus on the customer experience and passion for relationship-building contributed to the success of MarketSoft, Unica, IBM, BombBomb, and more. When he’s not organizing sales-marketing-CS alignment, Richard is rafting, fishing, or skiing with his wife and two boys.
Christine serves as Kapost’s CMO, leading the marketing function to focus relentlessly on the customer and drive measurable results. Her love of the fast-paced, dynamic world of tech brought her to Sybase, SAP, Rally, and most recently, to Rogue Wave, where she created and executed marketing and go-to-market strategies across direct and partner channels as CMO. Despite her Sicilian roots, Christine passes on red wine, pasta, and garlic—but don’t let that fool you. She’s an expert in the kitchen and loves testing new recipes on her two sons.
Michelle is Chief Services Officer at Kapost, supporting leaders at the forefront of content operations. She has worked extensively on managing organizational change, leading through transformation, and mobilizing strategy. She also volunteers to help nonprofits and startups build intentional cultures that work in the real world. Michelle completed her Ph.D. in Psychology at Cornell University, with a focus in leadership and organizational development. When not deeply entrenched in content operations, she’s hiking and skiing in Colorado's Rocky Mountains.
Bryan leads Kapost's technology and product team, bringing with him extensive experience in envisioning, creating and deploying technology solutions for digital marketing companies. With over 20 years experience in the technology industry ranging from mutlinational leaders like IBM, SunMicrosystems, and Travelport to emerging small businesses like Outsell, Bryan offers a fresh business sense to technical problems. Formerly a competitive athlete, Bryan trains his mind and body outside of work as a cyclist, a yogi and a down-wind paddle-boarder. He has fun seeing music with his wife, riding snow with his three sons, and watching his oldest play football at Indiana State.
VP of Enterprise Sales
Nate is the VP of Enterprise Sales at Kapost. A former internationally competitive athlete, Nate currently funnels his focus, endless energy, and two decades of technology sales and leadership toward helping marketing organizations succeed through unified people, processes, and tools. He also volunteers with Salute Colorado, helping veterans transition back into civilian life and pursue their post-service careers. When not in the office or giving back, Nate can be found climbing the craggy mountains that surround his Boulder home (on his bike or on his feet).
VP of Customer Success
Kelley is the VP of Customer Success at Kapost, partnering with customers through their entire journey to realize measurable value with Kapost. Prior to joining Kapost, she led customer success delivery for global enterprise clients and teams at Capital One, Datavail and MPEG LA. Outside of finding new ways to help our customers win, Kelley enjoys cooking, travel and playing outside with her husband and Bernese Mountain Dog (Cassie Mae) in Boulder, CO. You may even see Kelley walking to work with her husband and Cassie Mae ... the long two-block walk from home to Kapost.
VP of Product, Design, and Marketing
Riley is the VP of Product, Design, and Marketing at Kapost. The ultimate advocate for building a cohesive customer experience, Riley works with multiple teams at Kapost to unify and innovate across Kapost’s brand, messaging, and product. Prior to joining Kapost, Riley co-founded Napkin Labs, a SaaS company that enabled brands including Nike, Whole Foods, and Sony to crowdsource rich content from targeted influencer communities. Riley loves to spend his free time relaxing and exploring the Colorado wilderness with his wife (also a marketing guru) and daughter.
VP, Finance, BizOps, Development
Eric is the VP of Finance, Operations, and Business Development at Kapost, overseeing the numbers, operations (people and systems), and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Kapost, he spent 10 years at Silicon Valley Bank, the leading bank to the tech startup industry, where he ultimately served as Senior Vice President of Fund Banking in the central region of the U.S. A proud graduate of the University of Colorado, you will often find Eric cheering on our local Boulder team with a hearty “Sko Buffs!” or in the great outdoors with his loving pup, Brodie.
