For nearly ten years, Kapost has pursued the mission of enabling its customers to speak in one consistent and compelling voice across all the touchpoints they provide in their customers’ journey. Given the mounting complexity of digital channels, multiple regions, and matrixed business units, providing such story cohesion is critical to producing a winning customer experience. As a company, we are so proud of and grateful for the partnerships we have with so many of the world’s leading businesses and the success we have driven through these partnerships.

Today, Upland Software, a leader in cloud-based enterprise work management software, announced they have acquired Kapost. Our commitment and capabilities to enable our customers to speak in one voice are steadfast, and greatly enhanced by being part of Upland. Upland’s scale, resources, and global reach as a public company with greater than one billion dollars in market capitalization will strengthen our ability to serve our customers. Furthermore, Kapost will join Upland’s Enterprise Sales Enablement software suite alongside Qvidian and RO Innovation. With the proposal content and customer reference content capabilities provided by those two products, Kapost will now be part of the most comprehensive suite of sales and marketing content production software available today.

We’ve built incredible partnerships with our customers over the last decade, together building content operations.  Now, as part of Upland, we look forward to the next chapter: developing even greater content production excellence across sales and marketing channels with our valued customers.
